Good morning,
I am a researcher and freelance journalist, currently living in Moscow as a participant of the Alfa Fellowship 2021/22, with Alfa-Bank.
Apologies for the late notice, but I wondered if I could attend the conference, as I’m particularly interested in the topic of tourism and development in the Arctic region.
